Considering Your Future?
Then perhaps some time out is what you need.
We are children of our heavenly father and as such are automatically placed within His army.
We have a royal mandate that wherever his rule is not being made manifest we are to bring His Kingdom.
What an awesome, holy calling; in order for us to fulfil this task we need to take time for training.
The most effective soldiers are those that re-group, rest, strategise and receive fresh orders at intervals throughout their career.
This can make all the difference in terms of fulfilling our heavenly task.
It is with this in mind that the Meadgate School of Ministry has been founded,
incorporating six core values in all that we do: Rest, friendship, healing, reaching out to others, receiving fresh orders and strategising
Meadgate School of Ministry is based at Meadgate Church in the village of Great Baddow near Chelmsford in Essex.
By dictionary definition Meadgate is an Anglican (Church of England) Church.
However, those that attend see Meadgate as C of E with a difference - the Church is welcoming to everyone and supports
a number of styles of worship from traditional hymn and liturgy based services all the way to modern rocking evenings that
engage the young and the young at heart.
The Meadgate School of Ministry course director is Sally Farah, who is the wife of our vicar Reverend Mones Farah.
Together they guide the Church by listening to the Holy Spirit and regularly spending time in worship and prayer.
