Welcome to Youth Ministries at Meadgate Church in Great Baddow
At Meadgate Church we have been truly blessed with a full-time Youth Minister and two Interns. In addition we have a number of volunteers of all ages all committed to working with our young people and seeing them have loads of fun whilst encouraging them to find their identity in God. All our adult leaders are CRB-checked with the Chelmsford Diocese and we regularly undertake Child Protection Training. Here at Meadgate Church, we aim to create a culture of honour that treats every child/youth as an individual and as a loved child of God. All of the leaders working with the youth and children are passionate in what they do. We regularly re-evaluate what we are doing and always looking to develop the clubs so that they are run in the best way for the youth.
Our vision is to help youth discover their identity and potential, to encourage them in their individuality whilst helping them to contribute positively to the people around them. We aim to provide a safe place and a healthy environment where they can be accepted without prejudice. All our clubs have a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
