Come and join us as we journey together for 12 weeks of group conversation and group support to explore how to maintain positive mental and emotional wellbeing in the midst of our busy lives. Talking, sharing, learning. 

As a group, we will be looking at those BIG topics around mental health such as anxiety, anger, disappointment, perfectionism and depression, plus many more. We talk in terms of hope, we understand there is pain in our journeys, but see the hope we have in them as well.

This is not therapy; this is a place of community and support. The aim is to help people understand their value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future.

This is a time to invest in our emotional wellbeing with peer mentoring and a supportive group.
